"Frutex" (Latin for "stem") takes a studied look at plant cross-sections, a hidden world of intricacies and puzzles. After studying and processing these natural formations, I’ve extracted various patterns from many plants and put them together in ways that don’t exist in nature. Within these plants, everything is stable and as it should be, yet is not rigidly defined as it is in man-made structures.
